The mobility lease

The mobility lease now allows us to rent an apartment from a minimum of 1 month and up to a maximum of 10 months.
No cashable security deposit.
The entry and exit dates are initially scheduled on your contract, no deduction to be made and it is not renewable.
An extension may be considered under conditions not to exceed 10 months and subject to availability.
Everything is included in the charges: Water, electricity, heating, unlimited wifi internet, sheets, towels (2 per person), housing tax, condominium operating charges.

No administration fees, but you must be in one of the following situations:
